Who has used olive oil as lubricant? Does it work when trying to conceive?

Which one do you use? There are so many out there.Who has used olive oil as lubricant? Does it work when trying to conceive?
The only thing I have heard that does not harm sperm is Pre-seed. I have only found it on the internet. It is close to your natural vaginal lubrication.Who has used olive oil as lubricant? Does it work when trying to conceive?
This may sound really gross, I would have to be pretty desperate to try it but in the book ';Taking Charge of your Fertility'; a book I read from the library, the author suggests using egg whites when you are trying to conceive if you don't produce enough of your own cervical fluid. She says that egg whites are the same consistency and protein sperm friendly as a woman's own egg white cervical fluid (hence the name egg white cervical fluid or mucus) Baby dust to you!
ew, ive never heard of people using that. is that even safe to use? your best bet is to go out and buy KY. atleast you'll know it's safe....
Historically speaking, one of the best known methods of contraception was to use honey or olive oil in ancient Greece as an impediment to sperm motility. Recent studies have borne out that olive oil is somewhat effective as birth control (although nowhere near as effective as modern innovations like condoms). All the same, I'd recommend NOT using it if you are trying to conceive.
Please do not listen to those who answered using saliva or KY to try and conceive, they are both harmful to sperm. I have heard that Preseed is a good one, but please NO KY or saliva
The best lubricant is saliva
uhh wtf? if you wanna risk infection i guess it might work... why don't you try WD-40 instead?

or maybe you could go with something sanitary...
i never heard of any1 trying that before but if you try it let me know what happen
