What kind of oil/lubricant should i use for my compound bow bearings on witch the cams rotate on?

also, how do i get it into the bearings? What kind of oil/lubricant should i use for my compound bow bearings on witch the cams rotate on?
Unless you own a bow press and know how to take apart a compound you should take your bow to a pro

shop and let them do this .Any type of normal oil will do the trick but most use a lite lithium grease! What kind of oil/lubricant should i use for my compound bow bearings on witch the cams rotate on?

you can get much information in this website, stay a minute in website and check anyone link at a time, you can aslo get your answer in Google Search in this website, which has helped me alot
It needs to be done by a pro shop- most all bows require a bow press to relieve the stress on the limbs by removing the string- also some bearings are sealed and can't be lubricated.
