Using coconut oil as a lubricant during sex: is it safe, or can it lead to unwanted internal bacteria?

Note: deterioration of condoms %26amp; barrier contraceptives is not an issue.Using coconut oil as a lubricant during sex: is it safe, or can it lead to unwanted internal bacteria?
I think this is a very bad idea. Ask you GYNUsing coconut oil as a lubricant during sex: is it safe, or can it lead to unwanted internal bacteria?
You shouldn't use any type of oil on a mucous membrane because it can cause an bacterial infection. The lining of your vagina would not be able to cleanse itself with the natural secretions as easily.
Anything that works should be ok as long as you know it won't deteriorate condoms; causing unwanted bacteria isn't an issue, if the body cavity is cleansed properly---which should be done anyway. But, cleansing can rid the tissues of a proper Ph level and ALL bacteria....even GOOD bacteria.

IF you must use things like coconut oil (which might be a good lubricant)..the woman should cleanse well anyway.. Then, she should always follow up with the use of plain yogurt to ward off bad bacteria (infection)---which if not treated, like a decaying tooth, could definitely cause unpleasant body odor---if nothing else!....

The way to use plain yogurt:

Plain yogurt (with GOOD bacteria) is 'shoveled' into the vaginal area to prevent infection.from the BAD bacteria. This is better for the woman's health because it's natural and ADDS ';good bacteria'; to the tissues that have been depleted of them by cleansing or the use of antibiotics.

[This is a great treatment to use when on a high-spectrum antibiotic (which rids the body of all bacteria and notoriously causes yeast infections in women.) ]
why r u using that?!! buy cream from drug store
i would think since its a food item it could allow bacteria to grow, thats why they make ky , so use it.
It is only safe to use a water based lubrication, such as KY.

Coconut oil is a no no.
