You mean for sex? If you're ';flying solo,'; it'll do, I guess, but if you're with a partner, bad idea. Those sheets or that sofa/rug/deck are going to be oil-stained for good, regardless of how you attempt to clean, and oil inside your partner is going to make a mess of her undies and towels. Edible oils are a bad idea.





Nothing oil-based (Vaseline and other petroleum jellies, baby oil) is safe to use with a condom. Similar cleaning problem to edible oils.





Lotions are designed to be absorbed and won't last.





Essentially, you want to use a water-soluble personal lube like K-Y jelly, Astroglide, or others made specifically for this purpose, if you feel you need lubrication.

and yes olive oil is okay.
It's not a bad one (unless you're allergic).... but it's not commonly used. I'd be careful about using it with condoms until you verify with someone that knows what should or shouldn't be used with it.





If you weren't referring to that part, it's perfectly fine for massages and some people like it for the smell compared to regular massage oils.

Uhhh, I would guess that it would be a bad idea, simply because anything oil based is going to screw up pH balance, possibly promote infection...and I would question whether or not it is safe to use with condoms.





Your best bet is to stick with water bases lubricants that you can buy at the drug store. KY, Astroglide, etc. There are many brands...they all work fairly well. My current favorite is the one Vagisil makes. The consistency is perfect!
