Yes. If you are using a condom the oils can break down the rubber. Besides I can't imagine that it's feel very pleasurable in the v area. Try something like KY Warming liquid or Astroglide. Those feel so amazing. Go to sex shop and explore!! You also should be able to find personal lubricants in the drugstore or Wal Mart in the same area as the condoms.
